The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the Bleubolt website, and by visiting this site you are agreeing to adhere to the following:
1. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
• The prices displayed include VAT at the current rate.
• We reserve the right to adjust the price before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.
• A cheque or credit/debit card number must accompany all orders. If paying by credit/debit card you must include your signature and the security number or the order cannot be processed.
• Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document.
• Goods remain the property of Bleubolt Ltd until payment is received in full.
2. DELIVERY
• We may deliver your order as part deliveries.
• If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery.
• If you accept a delivery with damaged packaging we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside as you have signed for the goods.
• Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.
• For large orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.
• Postage charges are calculated upon placement of order
3. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
• If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt.
• All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.
• Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.
• Special orders made to your specifications are exempt and will not be refunded.
• Exchanges will be exchanged for alternative size, colour, or size, Please indicate what you want to exchange for and also authorize us to debit your payment card for the return carriage. For U.K. its £4.50.
• Once the goods are received by our warehouse and the requested item is ready for dispatch, your card will be processed for the return delivery.
• Once payment is authorised, the item will be despatched in the normal manner.
